About Us

iEARN-India has schools and partners spread in 18 states from India and has been working
very closely with Department of Education and research, Indian Institute of Education,
which is known for it’s quality improvement programs especially in school education.
 

One of our objective is to make Indian youth active in using the technology for improving communication and building bridges between Indian schools and other NGOs. We are proud to announce that we were quite successful in taking various iEARN programs to the schools in all over India especially in cities like Delhi, Bangalaore, galore, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Pune.
 

iEARN India organized conference from 2nd May to 5th May 2008 , which  received overwhelming response nearly 130 delegates from 5 states participated in the conference where animation films and documentaries on social issues were screened by the students. In all 17 animation films and the documentaries were presented and discussed in 3 days conference. The students and the teachers had a chance to interact with the renowned art film maker of the Indian cinema.
Several workshops and introductory sessions were organized to make students about iEARN and to make them aware of their social responsibilities. These workshops were taken by West regional coordinator Mrs. Surabhi Bhagwat and iEARN India LYR Kapil Joshi.
